I’m at my wit’s end here. I’ve been getting multiple calls a day from these guys about a debt I don’t even recognize. They’ve called my family members, and one of their representatives was incredibly rude and threatening on the phone. I know they have to follow certain rules, but this feels way over the line.
Has anyone successfully gotten them to stop? What actually works?
