Typically, once approved, the developers start site preparation, fuel station installation and store construction as soon as possible. Buc-ee’s are larger than typical gas stations, so the construction could involve parking areas, several pumps, advertising and the realignment of the road. Neighbors will see activity in the early months of construction, and expect to see the building erected quickly after the foundation is laid.
