So, the nightmare happened. I dropped some coffee on my keyboard this morning. I turned it off and it already lies upside down, although I am too scared of corrosion setting in. I need a serious macbook pro repair service that specializes in liquid damage and data recovery.
I am researching devicefixes since they state that they are capable of performing such kinds of repairs through mail-in or doorstep service throughout the US. Any one know whether they are compatible with the newer M-series chips? I am also concerned about my files as I have not backed up within a month (I know, I know). It is a huge bonus to them in case they are able to repair the board without me providing my logins. Love to hear some stories of success in case you have had them!
